This Privacy Policy explains how Drago Works, LLC ("Drago Works," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit drago-ai.com or use the Drago Works service at app.drago-ai.com (the "Service").

Who this covers

Drago Works provides business software to contractors ("Subscribers"). Subscribers use the Service to manage their own customers, employees, estimates, schedules and records. For that business information, the Subscriber decides what is collected and how it is used, and we process it on the Subscriber's behalf.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, company name and role for each person given access to the Service.
• Business information Subscribers enter or import: customer and contact details, addresses, estimates, jobs, schedules, team records, hours, notes and files.
• Information from connected services, when a Subscriber connects them: Intuit QuickBooks Online (customers, estimates, invoices, payments, accounts and related accounting records, accessed only with the Subscriber's authorization through Intuit's sign-in); Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead ads (the contact details people submit on the Subscriber's lead forms, accessed only for Pages the Subscriber connects); and CloudTalk (call and text message records for the Subscriber's business phone lines).
• Website form submissions: information people send through a Subscriber's website contact form, or through our Request early access form.
• Technical information: sign-in times, device and browser type, IP address and security logs, used to keep accounts secure.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and support the Service for the Subscriber.
• To keep accounts secure, including two-step sign-in codes sent by text message or authenticator app.
• To sync records with services the Subscriber has connected, such as QuickBooks.
• To communicate with users about their account, security and the Service.
• To improve the Service. Where we use automated or AI-assisted features, they work on the Subscriber's own data to serve that Subscriber.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a Subscriber's business data to market to that Subscriber's customers.

Text messages

We send text messages for sign-in verification codes and, where a Subscriber enables it, operational messages to that Subscriber's team. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-security messages; sign-in codes are required to keep your account secure.

How information is shared

We share information only:

• With service providers who host and operate the Service for us (for example, cloud hosting, database, email delivery and telephony providers), under obligations to protect it.
• With services a Subscriber chooses to connect (such as Intuit, Meta and CloudTalk), as needed to perform that connection.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to Subscribers.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, protected by two-step sign-in, and recorded in audit logs. Each Subscriber's data is kept separate from every other Subscriber's.

Retention and deletion

We keep Subscriber data for as long as the Subscriber's account is active. A Subscriber may export its data at any time and may ask us to delete it when the account closes; we delete it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Disconnecting QuickBooks or Meta stops further access to those services.

Your choices

If your information was entered by a contractor you do business with, please contact that contractor first. You may also contact us to ask about, correct or delete information about you, and we will work with the Subscriber to respond.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will be communicated to Subscribers.
